Normal Sigma is an AI-based Solution to improve the underwriting results by delivering accurate risk assessment. Combining big data historical and real-time data, Normal Sigma creates an exact accident probability, which relies only on proven factors. Unlike other telematics companies, our Normal Sigma Solution considers the driver's environment. Actual accident data is used in connection with weather conditions, traffic density, time of day, and more.

  • Selling innovative products to insurers, car rentals and fleets
  • Acquisition of new clients and solution distribution partners: looking for and establishing contact with motor insurance bureaus, insurers, car rentals, insurance aggregators
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients
  • Drafting offers and negotiating cooperation terms
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with current accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
  • Liaising with the Marketing department in order to create a more thorough and effective sales campaign and strategy
  • Keeping up-to-date with current UBI market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies

  • 5+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in a B2B environment, with big deals closed 
  • You're a hunter, this is 100% acquisition so you need to be resilient, organised and motivated
  • Comfortable with long and sometimes complex sales cycles and managing a pipeline of opportunities at various stages
  • Able to manage complex partnership deals that could require technical integrations with different stakeholders and teams. Demonstrated ability to navigate and lead difficult situations in order to unblock processes and get the things done. 
  • Industry Experience: Prior Insurance/Reinsurance experience, preferably gained in the InsurTech sector; UBI solution environment and Digital capabilities and transformation experience, are a plus
  • Open to Start-up culture
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of personal responsibility, ability to connect to people and create buzz around the mission
  • Able to self-manage and time-manage
